To be selected as an affiliate of Christie’s Great Estate, an agency must meet Christie’s rigorous standards and be approved by the Christie’s advisory board. Those standards include:

• Brokers must dominate the high-end market in their area
• Brokers must have long-standing records of business professionalism
• Brokers must have solid reputations for conscientious client service

Through an exclusive system of advertising, marketing, and listing tools, Christie's Great Estates provides access to a worldwide audience. Properties are showcased four times a year in the custom-designed Christie's Great Estates magazine, with a readership of more than 280,000 worldwide, on the Christie's Great Estates web site, and in Christie's Magazine and other highly regarded international publications.
